Terms of Use

Effective November 2, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Jongly app provided by AMAZON TRADE LLC, a New York limited liability company.

Bookings

Appointments are confirmed once a deposit is received. Deposits are applied to your service total. Late cancellations and no-shows are handled under the spa’s cancellation policy shown before you book.

Payments

Prices, taxes and any card processing fee are shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by third-party processors. Venmo and Zelle payments are confirmed once received.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for genuine bookings and lawful purposes. We may refuse or cancel bookings that violate our spa policies.

AI features

The AI assistant and interpreter help with bookings and communication; they may occasionally make mistakes. Important details are always confirmed on screen before you pay.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, AMAZON TRADE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
