JonglyPrivacy Policy
Effective November 2, 2026 · Applies to the Jongly app (iOS, Android and web) operated by AMAZON TRADE LLC (“we”, “us”).
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us when booking: name, phone number and, optionally, email.
- Booking and visit information: services, times, therapist preference, room check-in status, notes you add, promo codes used.
- Payment information: amounts, tips and payment method type. Card numbers are entered directly with our payment processors (such as Square) and are never stored on our servers.
- Location: only while you choose “I’m on my way”, to share your arrival time with the spa. Location is not collected in the background.
- Microphone and speech: only while you tap the voice button to talk to the AI assistant or use the interpreter. Audio is processed to answer you and is not used for advertising.
How we use information
- To schedule, confirm, change and complete your appointments.
- To process deposits, payments, tips and refunds.
- To notify the spa and your therapist about your booking, arrival and check-in.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To keep records required by law and to prevent fraud.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the app — payment processors, cloud hosting, messaging and AI speech/translation providers — under obligations to protect it, with the therapist assigned to your visit, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for the services and for tax and accounting obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to authorized staff.
Your choices
You can view and update your details in the app, turn off location or microphone permissions in your device settings, and ask us to delete your account and personal information by emailing developer@bangkokfortune.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Jongly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
